Spherical CP Ti and Spherical CoCrMo Beads

Phelly Materials manufactures pure Titanium and CoCrMo beads using an advanced processing method. These beads produced from bar stock with spherical shape have cleanliness and high yield in a very narrow particle size. There is no change in chemistry from the original melt stock. High purity is not only maintained, but guaranteed. These beads are mainly used for porous metal beaded coating in orthopedic prosthetic devices. They are also suited for hot isostatic pressing, plasma spraying and sintering. Phelly Materials' spherical Titanium bead can be supplied to meet ASTM F67-00 Grade 1~4 and ASTMF1580-01. Cobalt-Chromium-Molybdenum bead can be supplied to meet ASTM F1377- 98a and ASTM F75-01
